The Capsule Collection is Wildflower Cottage’s vendor-style consignment program, designed for individuals who want a dedicated presence in the shop. Whether you're a fashion lover, collector, or small-scale maker, this is your space to curate a micro-boutique within our walls.
What’s Included
Your capsule comes with everything you need to begin—plus a little creative freedom:
One dedicated 3' closet space: a clothing rack and one shelf
Hangers, pricing labels, and a pricing gun (provided in-store)
Option to display home goods instead of clothing
Flexibility to bring your own fixtures or styling elements to make the space feel like you

How It Works
Submit Your Inventory
Start by texting or emailing photos of your pieces—or chatting with Martha—for approval. Once you're in, we'll set up your account and help you begin tagging.
Tagging Made Simple
Each item must be tagged with your consignor code. You can print tags in-store during designated hours, or at home using standard-sized labels.
Restock with Intention
You're responsible for keeping your closet fresh. Restocking is available by appointment to maintain shop flow.
Quality Counts
All pieces must be clean, authentic, and aligned with Wildflower Cottage’s visual and material standards. Designer items may require authentication at the cost of the vendor
Contract Terms
Your rental runs for one calendar month. After your term ends, you’ll have 7 days to collect unsold items. Anything left beyond that may be rehomed or donated at our discretion.

Please note:
Continuing in The Capsule Collection is by invitation and based on shop availability. Ongoing participation is thoughtfully considered by the Wildflower Cottage team to ensure alignment with the flow and direction of our evolving inventory.

Investment & Payouts
$200/month rental fee per closet
You earn 65% of each item sold (Wildflower Cottage retains 35%)
Payments are issued monthly via ACH deposit or in-store check pickup

Style Guidelines

We encourage thoughtful, elevated selections that reflect the Wildflower Cottage sensibility:
We encourage item pricing to begin at $30+, with a sweet spot around $65
A mix of high-end and approachable pieces is welcome, as long as quality and presentation meet our standards
Artisan goods are encouraged
Perishable items are not accepted
