What is Wildflower Collective?
Wildflower Collective is our traditional consignment offering—designed for those who want to part with beautiful, on-trend pieces and give them a chance to be loved again. This option is perfect for one-time consignors, anyone doing a seasonal refresh, or anyone looking to thoughtfully rehome gently loved pieces. Your items are merchandised and styled into our shop’s ever-evolving collection, giving them the best possible chance to find their next home.
Our Approach
Your Earnings
Our consignment model is designed with care and clarity.
You’ll earn a percentage of the final selling price.
For items consigned after July 1, 2025 payouts are as follows:
Clothing and home goods: 35%
Pricing & Item Intake
Pricing is guided by our market expertise.
To help your items find their next home, our team may adjust prices during the 60-day consignment period
Bring in up to 10 items anytime in a hard container (must be freshly cleaned with no stains nor holes- exceptions made for very high-end brands, with buttons buttoned, zippers zipped).
If we are unable to process your items while you are in store, you may leave them for us to process later. Stop back in within 3 days to retrieve unaccepted items or they will be donated.
Please send sending pictures of larger items to our email or text for consideration.
Set appointments for over 10 items.
We’ll review your selections and accept the pieces that best align with the shop.
All accepted items will be thoughtfully styled into our store’s collection to give them the best chance at finding their next home.
Payouts
Your preferred payout method will be selected at the time of registration.
Payments are issued once per month and can be received either by:
ACH direct deposit
Check available around the 8th of each month for in-store pickup
You may also choose the option of store credit
Store credit can be used on any purchase at Wildflower Cottage and is a lovely way to keep the cycle of beauty going.
To ensure ease of pick up please be prepared to locate and pull your items (you know what you items look like best!) and
check in with us at the desk when you are done so we can mark them picked up.
Unfortunately, items do get lost. If this occurs, please let us know.
We will check with the team to see if we can track it down.
If we can not locate it we do not offer a pay out or compensation for missing items.
